From the Scotts Valley PD:
Scotts Valley Dr will be fully closed from Erba Ln through El Pueblo Rd on July 4th, 2015 from approximately 2:45 pm to 5pm for the annual 4th of July Parade.
In addition, Eastbound Bean Creek Rd from Bluebonnet Ln to Scotts Valley Dr. will be turned into a one-way roadway from 9:30pm to 1130pm to accommodate the fireworks show at Skypark. Expect traffic delays along Mt Hermon Rd and Scotts
