2020 Census - Only Happens Once Every Ten Years
Important Presentation -- 2020 Census January 13, 6:30 pm, Millikan Middle School, Burrell Hall, 5041 Sunnyslope Ave, Sherman Oaks, 91423.

The 2020 Census is just around the corner. Officially starting on April 1st, the Census only happens once very ten years.
You may already be up to date on the 2020 Census. But it's a task that hasn't gotten a lot of attention locally. Yet the results of the 2020 Census are critical to our communities in many ways -- probably most importantly it will determine how much federal funding California will get for the next ten years.
An informative presentation on the 2020 Census will be made at the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council's (SONC) meeting tomorrow, Monday, January 13, 2020. The presentation will be by Bobby Kobara, Deputy Director of the Mayor's Census 2020 Initiative. The presentation will cover the basics of how the 2020 Census will work as well as what you need to know to make sure you are counted in the 2020 Census. Additionally it will let you know how you can help with the 2020 Census and encourage others in Sherman Oaks community to be counted.
