Amazon Studio Launches Film Projects
At its Sherman Oaks studio, Amazon unveiled a slate of 15 movies that are under development.
Amazon has still not said when it will begin shooting its first movie, but this week a slate of 15 prospective film projects were unveiled by the media giant, according to the site Paid Content.
More than 7000 scripts were submitted to Amazon, out of that number the 15 projects selected include such titles as I Think My Facebook Friend Is Dead, and 12 Princesses.
Amazon launched its Sherman Oaks based film studio in November 2010.
