CA 30th Congressional District: Los Angeles Voters Decide
Democrat incumbent Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) faces off against Republican Mark Reed.
SHERMAN OAKS, CA — Local voters are deciding whether incumbent Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA) will continue representing the region, or if Mark Reed will replace him. The 30th Congressional District contains most of West San Fernando Valley, such as Sherman Oaks, Northridge, Encino and Woodland Hills.
Sherman (D-CA) took home 58.1% of votes in the March 3 primary. Republican Mark Reed came in at a distant second with 22.7% of votes, earning the right to challenge Sherman in the general election.
