Casa Vega, Dakota Fanning Release Special Edition Margarita

SHERMAN OAKS, CA — Dakota Fanning is now the latest celebrity to team up with Casa Vega restaurant for a charity-focused drink collaboration. Fanning and Casa Vega announced a new drink called the Dakota, which is a honey and thyme margarita.

“I have been coming to Casa Vega for as long as I remember, and I am so honored to share this summery honey thyme margarita with everyone," Dakota Fanning said. "I am looking forward to brighter days ahead for us all and thrilled to be a part of supporting such a wonderful cause!"

The Dakota features Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Cointreau liqueur, honey infused simple syrup and fresh lemon juice. Profits from the collaboration will be donated to No Us Without You, a non-profit working to feed back-of-house restaurant workers who suffered during the pandemic. The non-profit is also now tutoring children who fell behind during the pandemic or lacked sufficient internet access to attend remote school.

Casa Vega has released multiple limited-edition food and drink menu options to benefit No Us Without You. Previously, the restaurant has teamed up with Fall Out Boy, the Foo Fighters, the Chainsmokers and more.
