Celebrity Sighting: Miley Cirus in Sherman Oaks
The singer was seen in cutoffs, casually dining with friends
Stanley's Restaurant in Sherman Oaks, at 13817 Ventura Blvd., is well known for attracting celebrities, the place is dark, quiet, and nobody gets any special treatment.
 Singer Miley Cirus was seen lunching at Stanleys this week, she was wearing cut-offs and has a new hair style. Cirus reportedly got a new tattoo which reads,"Love Never Dies," according to CELEBUZZ
