Residents of Chase Knolls Apartment Community are in fear that a new building owner could mean another delay with building renovations.
Chase Knolls Apartment Community, a historical landmark in Sherman Oaks, is once again up for sale.
The apartment complex was built in Sherman Oaks in the post-World War II era, and recently underwent several long-awaited repairs, including painting and roof replacement.Â
However, the current building owner, Friedkin Realty Group Inc., is now looking to sell the property after having owned it for only three years, leaving behind a number of renovations that still need to be made.
