Don’t Forget, There’s Memory Training in Sherman Oaks

The Valley Interfaith Council is offering memory training classes that can help people with forgetfulness.

Do you have difficulty remembering names of people you meet?

Do you sometimes forget where you left your keys, glasses or wallet?

Do you forget appointments or why you walked into a room?

Learn some of the skills and practical techniques that will enhance your memory performance.

The dates are Mondays, Sept. 9, 16. 23 and 30 or Wednesdays on Nov. 6, 13, 20 and 27.

Classes are 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Sherman Oaks East Valley Adult Center in the Dining Room at 5056 Van Nuys Blvd. in Sherman Oaks.

The four-week workshop of two-hour long classes cost $10 (for the entire workshop).
