Learn some of the skills and practical techniques that will enhance your memory performance.
The dates are Mondays, Sept. 9, 16. 23 and 30 or Wednesdays on Nov. 6, 13, 20 and 27.
Classes are 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Sherman Oaks East Valley Adult Center in the Dining Room at 5056 Van Nuys Blvd. in Sherman Oaks.
The four-week workshop of two-hour long classes cost $10 (for the entire workshop).
