Gino's East Expands Outdoor Dining Area For Pizza Lovers

SHERMAN OAKS, CA — Deep dish pizza lovers craving a slice of Chicago will embrace Gino's East's expanded outdoor patio in Sherman Oaks. The restaurant will now be able to seat up to 40 socially-distanced customers at once, inside a covered patio to provide shelter from the elements during the looming winter months.

Reservations can be made at Gino's East's website, or by calling 818-788-5050 during business hours. Walk-in diners can also eat when space is available, with tables limited to no more than six guests.

“We feel very fortunate to be able to be able to offer Deep Dish pizza outdoors, without our customers having to worry about frostbite, like in Chicago,“ said Gino’s East LA co-owner Tod Himmel. “We’ve missed seeing many of our regular customers and we’re excited to serve our Deep Dish pizza to them here, which is always the best way to enjoy it,” commented Gino’s East LA co-owner Dan Michaels."

The original Gino's East opened in Chicago in 1966, while their Los Angeles location opened in December 2019.
