The City Department of Planning reports that two permits are being requested for a property on Hazeltine Avenue to turn a single family house into a childcare facility that could hold 35 children.
Brad Rosenheim and Erika Iverson requested permits last week for the house at 5128 Hazeltine Ave. (See the real estate video above.)
The three-bedroom, two bathroom home is 1,817 square feet and has a pool.
The proposal goes to the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council and the city officials for approval.
