Here is a list with photos of 29 open houses in Sherman Oaks this weekend. Virtually all of these homes,which are priced between $500,000 and $1.5 million have reduced their asking prices owing to the soft real estate market according to Realtor Alan Taylor of the John Aaroe Group in Sherman Oaks.

These listings are from the Multiple Listing Service and are represented by many different Sherman Oaks Realtors. Alan Taylor provided the list to us.
