Police Seek Help Finding Suspects Who Shot Man in Back
As many as four suspects are being sought after the North Hollywood killing on Sunday night. Getaway vehicle may have been a white Honda.

Police today sought the public’s help in identifying as many as four suspects involved in the killing of a 44-year-old man who was shot in the back in North Hollywood.
It happened about 9:15 p.m. Sunday at Saticoy Street and Bellaire Avenue, according to Sgt. Catherine Leon of the Los Angeles Police Department’s North Hollywood Station.
“Witnesses observed a fight in the street and then heard three gunshots,” Leon said.

Officers found the victim lying face-down on the corner suffering from a gunshot wound. Two to four men fled the scene, according to various witness accounts, Leon said.
The getaway vehicle was possibly a white Honda four-door sedan, according to police.

The victim, whose name was being withheld pending family notifcation, was pronounced dead at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, Leon said.
“So far, we have no motive and we don’t know if it was gang-related,” she said.
