Sherman Oaks Community Harvest Wins D-III Title
The CHCS Golden Eagles took down the Animo Venice Pirates in a tight contest.
Community Harvest Charter School in Sherman Oaks won the L.A. City Secion Division III baseball championship on Tuesday night, defeating Animo Venice, 8-7.Â
CHCS entered the postseason as the No. 1 seed, but nearly blew a big lead to second-seeded Animo Venice, having led 7-1 before barely squeezing out a one-run victory.
