 A 35-year-old substitute teacher's assistant in the Los Angeles Unified School District for the past six years was arrested today on suspicion of distribution of child pornography.
Frank Hernandez Jr. was arrested at his home in the San Fernando Valley and booked at the Van Nuys Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
The arrest was made by the Los Angeles Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force which includes the Los Angeles Police Department, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Department of Homeland Security.
