Valley Of Change Plans Community Service Weekend In Sherman Oaks
The Valley of Change will host their monthly community cleanup and food distribution next weekend.
SHERMAN OAKS, CA — The Valley of Change will host a pair of community-focused events to bring some beauty to Sherman Oaks next weekend. On July 10, the Valley of Change will host another "Feed Our Friends In Need," their monthly event providing food to unhoused residents in the community.
Participants can sign up here to bring sandwiches, chips, granola bars, tangerines, water and similar items on or before May 15 from 9 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. Items can be brought to the "little corner of change" at the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard outside the Sherman Oaks Galleria.
Monetary donations can also be made via this link, or by check to Latora Green at the same intersection.

On May 16, the Valley of Change will host their monthly community cleanup, starting at Kester Ave and Ventura Boulevard. The cleanup will run from 8:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. and gloves and trash bags will be provided.
