Home Sales Fall, Prices Drop
Median Price of home drops by more than $30,000 the past month.
Home sales fell about one percent the past month according to data from the Southland Regional Association of Realtors.
 In addition, the median home price in the San Fernando Valley fell from $392,000 down to $355,000 according to this story in the Los Angeles Daily News.
However, homes priced under $350,000 "flew off the market" say realtors.
