Valley Man Sues Over Toothpaste Tube
This has to be one of the more unusual lawsuits filed this week.
Jonathan Rothstein of Encino claims toothpaste advertising is false because he can't squeeze the last 20 percent of the paste from the tube. He wants a dollar back.
