It took 31 firefighters 11 minutes to put out flames in a Van Nuys apartment Saturday.
VAN NUYS, CA — It took 31 firefighters 11 minutes to put out flames in a Van Nuys apartment Saturday.
The fire was reported at 2:56 p.m. in an apartment in the garden-style building at 14555 W. Saticoy St., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department's Margaret Stewart.
Firefighters contained the flames to the one unit, Stewart said. No injuries were reported.
