BATTLEDRUM
Join us at 8:00 pm March 7, 2014 for opening night of Battledrum. This musical follows the frontline experience of three young drummer boys who become unlikely comrades as they find themselves part of our nation's most tragic conflict. Battledrum will not only be presented in the evenings to our regular patrons, but will play to public and private school audiences now studying the Civil War as part of their regular curriculum. School kids will experience theater in our intimate 99 seat playhouse, talk with members of the cast and staff after the play and listen to civil war historians provide supplemental information.
Battledrum opens and concludes with real life drummers beating cadences in a thrilling drum line as the boys march off to war. See the playhouse at its finest.
