Masked Gunman Dressed in All White Robs Sierra Madre Bank
The masked man pepper-sprayed several victims during the course of the robbery at the Bank of the West branch.

SIERRA MADRE, CA - A masked male suspect wearing a black hat and dressed in white from head to toe brandished a weapon and pepper-sprayed several victims while robbing a bank Wednesday in Sierra Madre.
The suspect, who was armed with a handgun and wore a white cotton mask with openings at the eyes, entered the Bank of the West branch at 100 Sierra Madre Blvd. about 1 p.m. and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police and the FBI.
He has not been immediately connected to other bank robberies, but that will be investigated, according to Laura Eimiller of the FBI.
