- Employees will receive an email with information about registering for an appointment.

- Due to vaccine supply, PUSD is not operating employee vaccine clinics this week
- Depending on whether PUSD receives a supply of vaccine doses, clinics will be held: February 18-19, 2021
- PUSD is prioritizing employees 65 years and older in all the tiers, according to the most recent State guidelines. (See Vaccination Scheduling Tiers below)
- PUSD Health Programs staff will contact employees via PUSD email and/or home telephone numbers on record to schedule the vaccine. Please check your PUSD email regularly. To update your phone number, complete an “Address or Name Change Form” here
