Recall: 2 Million Pounds of Chicken

The chicken products have been linked to several cases of salmonella.

Chicago-based Aspen Foods is recalling nearly 2 million pounds of raw, frozen chicken products after concerns they might be contaminated with salmonella.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced the recall Wednesday, saying it had determined there was a link between the products and three people in Minnesota becoming infected with salmonella. The products are stuffed and breaded and may appear cooked, but they are raw.
