Waste Management of Southern California Reminds Customers of Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule

Trash and recycling services delayed one day in observance of Thanksgiving

Waste Management’s trash and recycling pick-up schedule will be delayed by one day beginning on Thursday, November 24, and through the remainder of the week in observance of Thanksgiving. All local Waste Management operations will be closed on Thursday, November 24, with normal operations resuming on Friday, November 25.

Residential customers who receive service in the following cities on Thursday are being asked to place their carts out for service on Friday, November 25 and those who receive service on Friday should place their carts out on Saturday, November 26.

  • Manhattan Beach
  • South Gate
  • Los Angeles County communities served by Waste Management
