The Public Sector Management (PSM) B.A. is a bachelor degree-completion program for working adults with at least two years of college.
The 60-unit, multidisciplinary PSM program prepares graduates for career advancement by furthering competency in areas like budgeting and fiscal management, critical thinking, effective oral and written communication, leadership, management and staff development and problem solving and decision making.Â
This program, which takes two and one-half years to complete, is taught in the cohort format, which maximizes student interaction with faculty and facilitates the development of networking relationships with fellow working professionals.
