The two men who stand accused of killing Luis Valadez, 67, a Lynwood shopkeeper, were -re-arraigned this morning and scheduled to have pre-trial hearing on August 29.
Donald Simpson and Davion Woodspage were ordered to stand trail by Superior Court Judge on a July 10 preliminary hearing. Â

Valadez was fatal shot in a botched armed robbery attempt in November 20 at Las Palomas Meat Market in 12400 block of Long Beach Boulevard in Lynwood.
The two men pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Both suspects could even face the death penalty if convicted of all charges and allegations.
Two teenage girls, ages 14 and 15, were also taken into custody in connection to  the incident. However, their names have not been released due to their age, authorities have said.
