The South Gate Police Department seeks the public’s help in locating a Missing Person. Conception Laboriel Colon was last seen on Wednesday, 4/7/2021 at 11 p.m. in the area of LongBeach Bl & Tweedy Bl. She is believed to have gone off to purchase cigarettes. She is on foot and does not have her cell phone with her.
