This program offers a one-time per household grant for low- to moderate-income households whose family members lost their jobs or were temporary furloughed due to the COVID-19 crisis. Through this program, the funding of up to $9,000 or a maximum six (6) months, whichever is less, to assist tenants with rental/utility payments and up to $12,000 or a maximum six (6) months, whichever is less, to assist homeowners who own and occupy their single-family detached home with mortgage/utility payment will be made available. The program payments will be paid directly to the provider of such services on behalf of the low- to moderate-income household.
