Time Warner Cable Opens New 'Experience Store' At Plaza Mexico

Time Warner Cable on Thursday will celebrate the grand opening of its newest Experience Store at Plaza Mexico, 3100 E. Imperial Highway in Lynwood.

The new store features an innovative retail concept aimed at providing customers with exceptional customer service as well as providing an enhanced hands-on experience to learn about and enjoy Time Warner Cable’s suite of TV, internet and phone products and services.

In addition to the innovative design, the new location will focus on serving the Hispanic community. Many employees in the store will be bilingual in English and Spanish and signage throughout the store will also be featured in both languages. The Spanish-language emphasis of this location is the first of its kind for a Time Warner Cable store and is part of the company’s commitment to recognize and serve the diversity of its customers.

This store encourages people to interact with and learn about our products in a relaxed and engaging environment.”

In honor of the grand opening, local officials, customers, store employees and Time Warner Cable executives will be on hand for a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday morning, followed by prize giveaways throughout the day. Additionally, Time Warner Cable will recognize three local organizations during the ceremony, making donations to All In Academy, Lynwood Athletics Community Services and Girls Inc.

The highlight of the celebration will be special guest appearances by Doki of Discovery Kids, Jamie Penedo and the Star Squad of the Los Angeles Galaxy and a live broadcast by 107.1 Super Estrella.
