Have you seen this guy?

I wish there was a way to find this guy. It would certainly put a lot of tense people at ease. We could put his picture on a wanted poster, but no one knows what he looks like. Not even a news caster could post his picture on the evening news.

He's got to be the most popular guy I know.

Wait a minute, how could I possibly know him?

Oh, the irony of thinking that he has wreaked havoc on another person’s life. I hear it all the time.

“It’s because of 'Stress,' that I feel this way.”

Go ahead, point your finger in his direction.

Is he short? Is he tall? One thing is for certain, we've all heard his name. There can be no mistake when it comes to identifying that culprit.

What’s that you say? “It’s because of ‘Stress’ that I feel this way.” His surname is confusing, sometimes it’s Stress Full. Other times it’s Stress Relief. It depends on where he is and what he's doing.

Say it loud, say it proud, Stress is here to stay. I’ll pay good money to get this guy out of my life. I’ll just forget about Stress right now and what I’m doing, hopefully he’ll get the hint and go away.

Don’t mess with me Stress, I’m ready for you when you come around. I’ll look you straight in the eyes and say, calm down, breathe deep. Trust in the process. It’s going to be OK.

Oh, look there, I never noticed how green my eyes are.
