Two city council terms are expiring: that of councilman Michael A. Cacciotti and councilman Philip C. Putnam. The position of city treasurer is also open and is currently held by Gary E. Pia, who was elected in 2011 to fill the unexpired term created when Victor A. Robinette resigned.
The position of City Clerk, a part-time, stipend-compensated position, is also open, and Sally Kilby, the current City Clerk, is retiring. All terms are for four years.
