Kasey Vanwey grew up on a farm in Oklahoma and ended up getting engaged to one of two brothers who grew up addicted to fast food in Kansas. After their father died of cancer, the brothers, David and J.D., started Press Brothers Juicery, a cold-pressed juices business out of a commercial kitchen in downtown L.A., from where they go to various farmers' markets, including the one in South Pasadena.
On Thursday, Press Brothers marked their second visit to the South Pas Farmers' Market. In the attached video, Vanwey tells you what's so good about raw, unpasteurized, organic juices devoid of preservatives or additives.
