STOLEN VEHICLE
• Sept. 17, 3 p.m. to 9-18-13, 9 a.m., 2000 block of Fletcher. ’97, Toyota Corolla. Recovered on Sept. 19 by LASD Crescenta Valley. Suspect was arrested.

AUTO BURGLARY
• Sept. 21, 5 p.m. to Sept. 23, 7:30 a.m., 200 block of Grace. ’05, Chevy van. Suspect(s) enters vehicle by unknown means and takes loss. LOSS: Tools.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
• Sept. 4, 2 p.m. to 2:24 p.m., 1600 block of Fair Oaks. Suspect(s) forces window open, then reaches in and unlocks door to gain entry. LOSS: Watches, cash, miscellaneous papers.
• Sept. 20, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., 1700 block of Mission. Suspect(s) pries padlock of storage locker and takes loss. LOSS: Unknown.
• Sept. 18, 6:30 a.m., 2000 block of Marengo. Witness hears glass breaking from a neighbor’s house and calls police. Officers arrive and discover suspect(s) forced a French door opened to gain entry. Suspect(s) are not located. LOSS: Unknown.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY
• Sept. 24, 2:43 a.m., 100 block of Monterey. Suspect(s) enters secured garage by unknown means and pries open condo complex’s mailbox and takes loss. LOSS: Mail. SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Male, Hispanic, shaved head, 510, 170, 20-30 years, wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt, dark grey shorts, black shoes with white laces, white gloves and carrying a black shoulder bag.
ASSAULTS
• Sept. 23, 9:10 a.m., 900 block of Mission (South Pasadena Convalescent Hospital). Suspect and victim are patients and are involved in a prior assault. Victim is smoking a cigarette and suspect hits victim. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 35 years, Van Nuys.
• Sept. 23, 1:40 a.m., 900 block of Mission (South Pasadena Convalescent Hospital). Suspect and victim are patients and suspect asks victim for a cigarette. Victim refuses and suspect hits victim. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 35 years, Van Nuys.
• Sept. 18, 2:30 p.m., 1300 block of Huntington (T-Mobile). Suspect enters store and asks to use fax machine. Employee complies and suspect starts to bang on phone. Employees ask victim to remain calm and suspect throws phone at an employee. Employee denies prosecution and suspect is told not to return.
UNDER A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
• Sept. 20, 2:31 a.m., 200 block of Monterey. Officers respond to a suspicious person at Charlie’s Coffee House. Upon arrival, suspect jumps over a wall and runs away. Officers locate suspect a few blocks away and is found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Hispanic, 20 years, Alhambra.
DRUNK IN PUBLIC
• Sept. 22, 7:45 p.m., 2000 block of Maycrest. Officers respond to a suspicious person, possibly drunk, in the street. Officers locate suspect who is found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, White, 58 years, South Pasadena.
NIGHTTIME LOITERING BY MINORS
• Sept. 24, 9:58 p.m., 1100 block of Orange Grove. Suspect runs away from home and is later found after hours. SUSPECT ARRESTED: Male, Juvenile.
THEFT
• Sept. 23, 2:30 p.m. to Sept. 24, 7:45 a.m., 1200 block of Huntington. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converters.
• Sept. 18, 8:30 p.m. to Sept. 19, 6 a.m., 600 block of Orange Grove. Suspect(s) enters victim’s vehicle through the opened window and takes loss. LOSS: Laptop bag.
• Sept. 17, 2 p.m. to Sept. 18, 4:30 p.m., 1700 block of Laurel. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converters.
• Sept. 16, 3 p.m. to Sept. 18, 3 p.m., 1800 block of Laurel. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s vehicle. LOSS: Catalytic converters.
• Sept. 17, 12 noon to 8 p.m., 1000 block of Stratford. Suspect(s) takes loss from victim’s mailbox and forges victim’s check. Suspect(s) attempts to cash forged check, but is denied. LOSS: Mail.
