SUMMER ARTS LAB Art & Music
Ages 6 & up
Mon. - Fri., July 25 - 29, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Discover how both music and art are created through rhythm and pattern, producing different responses and emotions. A range of different materials and styles of music will be explored to create inspired works or art.

SUMMER ARTS LAB Clay Zoo
Ages 5 and up
Mon. - Fri., July 25 - 29,1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Come make your favorite animals, both real and fantastical, using a variety of air dry and polymer clays. This 3 D art form encourages us to think about structure, shapes, and forms.

SUMMER ARTS LAB Art in the Garden
Ages 6 - 11
Mon. - Fri., August 1 - 5, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Using local garden and park life for inspiration, we will create art projects capturing the enchantment and mystery of Mother Nature.

Ages 9 - 12
Mon. - Fri., August 1 - 5, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Give your imagination a place to play! Students will get a chance to write for fun, and learn new ways to make their stories come to life.

SUMMER ARTS LAB Foolish Projects
All ages
Mon. - Fri., August 8 - 12, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Come create impossible objects and foolish machines that inspire a sense of whimsy and delight. Artists and engineers, inventors and tinkerers welcome.

SUMMER ARTS LAB Figure Drawing
Ages 12 and up
Mon. - Fri., August 8 - 12, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
An introduction to figure drawing techniques and concepts, with an emphasis on representational drawing and expression. Working from live models, students learn to communicate mood, emotion and thought through line, gesture and image. Beginners and more advanced students welcome.
