2. Library Hours and Christmas closure
The South Pasadena Public Library will close earlier than usual—at 3 p.m.—on Tuesday, Dec. 24, for Christmas Eve. The library will be closed on Christmas, Wednesday, Dec. 25.

3. Farmers Market
The weekly South Pasadena Farmers Market will not be held on the day after Christmas, Thursday, Dec. 26. The intersection of El Centro Street and Meridian will look nothing like the carnival-type gathering of vendors and customers that it does on other Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Farmers Market will reconvene Jan. 2, 2014.
