Because doughnuts are carbs and contains sugar, Krispy Kreme got a lot of criticism in social media on its offer but CEO Mike Tattersfield defended his promo as a sign of "generosity" and people don't need to get one if they don't like to.
I myself, a plant-based eater who watch my sugars but once in a while I eat junk food like burger,soda, french fries just for fun. In everything there is "Moderation including Moderation."
