Great Dickens Christmas Fair Returns: Cow Palace Decks The Halls
The exhibition halls at the Cow Palace have been transformed into the winding lanes of Victorian London, with shops, music halls & theaters.

DALY CITY, CA — Bay Area residents looking for indoor pastimes can cruise by the Great Dickens Christmas Fair at the Cow Palace in Daly City, which will run for six weekends through Dec. 23.
The exhibition halls at the Cow Palace have been transformed into the winding lanes of Victorian London, with shops, music halls, theaters, pubs and dance parties, organizers said.
Ceramics, glass, clothing, jewelry and toys and other wares are on sale at the event. Entertainment includes the Siamsa Scottish & Irish Dancers, as well as reels, jigs, polkas and waltzes played by the musical group Bangers & Mash.

The fair will take place Saturdays and Saturdays through Dec. 23, and also will be open the Friday after Thanksgiving.
