Pedestrian Hit On I-280 Ramp On The Peninsula

The incident happened on Thursday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

DALY CITY, CA — A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle on an Interstate Highway 280 on-ramp in Daly City early Thursday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP said the collision was first reported at 2:54 a.m. on the southbound on-ramp from John Daly Boulevard to the freeway.

The pedestrian suffered injuries considered life-threatening.No information on the driver who struck the vehicle was immediately provided.
