PHOTOS: North Canal Street Closed Indefinitely

North Canal Street will be closed off to traffic from Spruce Avenue to Idlewood Drive for an indefinite period of time, according to the South San Francisco Public Works website.

All traffic, which includes emergency vehicles, will be shut off until further notice from the city. Only vehicles entering the Corporation Yard off of Orange Avenue will have access to the road. 

Pro-Ven is serving as the contractor on the project, and has estimated that construction should be finished towards the end of November.

The Public Works department has said it will notify the city with public notifications should any changes to plans become available.
