South SF Police: Deaths Of Two People Were Homicide/Suicide
Police were investigating a man and woman found dead in an apartment in South San Francisco as a homicide/suicide, officials said.
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Police found a man and woman dead in an apartment unit Tuesday and were investigating the incident as a homicide/suicide, according to South San Francisco Police said.
Officers were dispatched to an apartment along the 1000 block of Grand Avenue around 3 p.m. in response to a report from family members of one of the people found dead. Family members told police that the received a text message, which later led investigators to believe the incident was a homicide, police said.
By the time police arrived, the man and woman were dead inside the unit. Detectives later determined the man was the tenant of the apartment and the woman was his acquaintance. Police believe the incident was a homicide/suicide.
