All-Star 'Top Chef' Roster Announced For Bravo’s Food & Wine Fest
Enjoy quickfire challenges, Q&As & food tastings with fan faves. Tickets on sale for two-day extravaganza at Universal Studios Hollywood.
UNIVERSITY CITY, CA — The first-ever Bravo's Top Chef Food & Wine Festival, coming to Universal Studios Hollywood in March, promises an event line-up, meet-and-greets, photo ops and food tastings sure to appeal to "Top Chef" devotees.
“Top Chef” finalist and fan favorite Chef Shirley Chung will helm the two-day fest, set for March 19-20 and geared for ages 21 and up.
Collaborating with Universal Studios Hollywood’s chefs on a specially-curated, eclectic menu inspired by the Bravo series, Chung will be joined by show alumni and cheftestants from "Season 17 – All Stars LA" as they dish on the making of the show, their favorite and not-so-favorite foods, and share the secret ingredient to their success in a Q&A session.

Participating cheftestants from the upcoming "Season 17 – All Stars LA" will include:
- Eric Adjepong, chef/owner Pinch & Plate; finalist Top Chef Season 16;
- Jennifer Carroll, owner Carroll Couture Cuisine; partner & Co-Executive Chef Spice Finch; finalist Top Chef Season 6;
- Stephanie Cmar, private chef; frontrunner on Top Chef Season 11;
- Lisa Fernandes, founder/executive chef of Sweet Chili; finalist Top Chef Season 4;
- Kevin Gillespie, chef/owner: Gunshow, Revival, Cold Beer, Gamechanger and Ole Reliable; runner up Top Chef Season 6;
- Jamie Lynch, chef partner 5Church Restaurants in Charlotte & Charleston and Sophia’s Lounge. Competed on Top Chef Season 14;
- Brian Malarkey, partner/ Herb & Wood, Animae, Herb & Sea, Herb & Eatery, NIMA Café, Farmer & The Seahorse, Green Acre, Herb & Ranch. Finalist Top Chef Season 3;
- Joe Sasto, chef, culinary consultant. Finalist on Top Chef Season 15;
- Angelo Sosa, executive chef/owner of Death by Tequila. Competed on Top Chef Season 7 and 8;
- Lee Anne Wong: chef/owner, Koko Head Café; executive chef, Hawaiian Airlines; executive chef, Papa'aina at the Pioneer Inn. Competed on Top Chef Season 1 and 15.
Sample menu items featuring cuisines from around the world, and inspired by the award-winning TV series, include: Roasted Red Snapper with Green Tomato Salsa Verde; Lechon with Papaya Pico di Gallo; Drunken Doughnuts with Champagne Raspberry Jam; Yuzu Aguachile with Dragonfruit & Avocado; and Liquid Nitrogen Chocolate Mousse.

Also on tap will be wines, craft beers and specialty cocktails, plus a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes.
General admission ($179 apiece) and day/night combo tickets ($199 each) are available to the two-day, separately ticketed event. VIP tickets are sold out.
General admission ticket-buyers can enjoy culinary tastings, live Quickfire Challenges featuring the cheftestants, “Top Chef” alumni panel interviews, photo ops, live entertainment and a keepsake gift and commemorative credential.
The day/night combo tickets offer all of the above, plus early access to the theme park.
The inaugural Bravo’s Top Chef Food & Wine Festival coincides with Bravo's Season 17 premiere of “Top Chef” on Thursday, March 19 at 10 p.m. with All Stars LA battling it out for the coveted title.
