Capella Salon has moved out from the Petco part of Ventura Boulevard and moved up the block a bit and now needs three more signs.
The City Planning Department said that Capella Salon filed for three signs, two outside and one inside, for their new location at 12930 Ventura Blvd. They were at 12816 Ventura Blvd. previously.
The permits, asked for by Kasey Clark, is requesting a "Categorical Exemption." The signs along Ventura Boulevard must comply to the Ventura Boulevard Corridor Specific Plan.
