Did You Feel the Earthquake? Morning Temblor Rattles SoCal

The holiday weekend started with shaking, epicentered in San Bernardino.

Los Angeles, CA - A magnitude-3.1 earthquake rattled a portion of San Bernardino County today, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The quake struck at 8:56 a.m. at a depth of 3.7 miles, its epicenter 8 miles northeast of Yucaipa and 13 miles north-northwest of Banning, according to a computer-generated USGS report.
