'iCarly' Jennette 'Sam' McCurdy Buys a Home in Studio City

The wise-cracking "iCarly" best friend Sam, actress Jennette McCurdy, bought a home in Studio City for $905,000.

Now in the TV series "Sam and Cat," this is the first house for the 21-year-ld actress, according to the Los Angeles Times's Hot Property column.

The 2,600-square foot house was built in 1987 and has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, decks and a hot tub.
