Kenny G Sells Studio City Farmhouse For $2.7 Million

STUDIO CITY, CA — Famed saxophonist Kenny G has just sold his Studio City farmhouse for $2,765,000. The house has been on the market since 2018, when it was listed for just under $4 million.

Kenny G, whose real name is Kenneth Gorelick, purchased the house in 2007 for $2,850,000. Fittingly, the property features a music studio and soundproofing, as well as retreat spaces such as a waterfall, pond, pool and spa.

Inside, the house features a gourmet kitchen with a large skylight, and a spacious living room with warm hardwood floors. According to the Los Angeles Times, the artist's main home is in Malibu, where he owns a compound featuring two properties he bought for a combined $15.5 million.

One of the best selling artists of all time, Kenny G has released 15 albums, eight of which went platinum or higher. His sixth album Breathless achieved Diamond status in 1998.

Most recently, the saxophonist released Brazilian Nights in 2015, which charted at No. 1 on Billboard US Jazz.
