You'd think that martial arts is all about attacking your opponents. Not so with Sensei Michael O'Laskey.
He's going into the schools and teaching students not only how to avoid a fight, but how to escape a tight grip, how to get out of a difficult situation, and how to gently fight-back against bullying. (See the video.)
It's not too late to get a head start on the upcoming school year. There's a special for new students starting before school starts in mid-August.
At one local school, the LAUSD experts came in to help parents and teachers with concerns over a few bullying incidents on campus. Sensei Michael was called in to help out with a 14-week program for students of all ages.
