Here is five things to know in Studio City for the week ahead.

Elected officials with no connection to the military sit in the reviewing stand. The parade will begin at 11:11 a.m. at the corner of Laurel Canyon and San Fernando Mission boulevards in Mission Hills and end 1.1 miles south at Richie Valens Park at Laurel Canyon and Paxton Street in Pacoima. A carnival in the park will follow the parade. Click here for more information.
