New Location for Wednesday's Neighborhood Council Meeting

It's still on the CBS Studios Radford lot, but the Studio City Neighborhood Council is in a different building on Wednesday night.

The meeting will be held in CBS Studio Center MPR-9 at 4024 Radford Ave. at
Studio City, CA 91604.

Guards at the gates of the studio will direct people to the correct building.

Pizza Rev is donating pizza for the guests of the meeting.

Special Presentation, with Q&A to follow, from Deputy Director of Planning Lisa M. Webber on combining Planning and Building and Safety into one city department (25 min)

Land Use Committee Report by Lisa Sarkin (15 min).

Motion A: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council supports the application for 12059 Ventura Blvd. [ZA-2013-0889] as presented, with the inclusion of the SCNC Conditions for On-Sale Alcoholic Beverage Licenses in Studio City.

Motion B: The Board of the Studio City Neighborhood Council supports the application for 11548 Ventura Blvd. [ZA-2013—1407-CUB-SPP] as presented, with the inclusion of the edited SCNC Conditions for the On-Sale Alcoholic Beverage Licenses in Studio City. The parking lease shall be presented to the SCNC Board when confirmed with the Certificate of Occupancy.
