4. The third annual 5K Run/Walk honoring Conor Lynch, a 16-year-old who lost his life on Oct. 19, 2010 crossing Woodman Avenue in Sherman Oaks, is Sunday, Oct. 27 at Van Nuys Sherman Oaks Park.
