Studio City Neighborhood Council Election: Deadline Approaching
Want to run for a board seat on the Studio City Neighborhood Council? The deadline to apply is quickly approaching.
STUDIO CITY, CA — The deadline for applications ahead of the Studio City Neighborhood Council election is fast approaching. Residents who wish to run for the board must file their application before February 23.
Board members represent the neighborhood's stakeholders, and are split into the following categories:
- Residential Homeowner
- Residential Renter
- Business Representative
- Employee / Independent Contractor
- Service Organization
- At-Large Stakeholder
- Youth Representative

Prospective applicants must rent or own property, work, attend school, worship, volunteer, or participate in a non-profit within the Studio City boundaries. A list of campaign guidelines is available here.
After the February 23 filing deadline, candidates will be confirmed on March 3. Stakeholders can sign up to vote by mail beginning March 12, and the voting period will run from April 11 through May 11.
