Vitello’s Restaurant In Studio City Introduces Vegan Menu
The new dishes were inspired by the "upstairs" supper club partner, Michael Feinstein, legendary musician and longtime vegan.

STUDIO CITY, CA — The longtime Studio City eatery, Vitello’s Restaurant, and its upstairs supper club, Feinstein’s at Vitello’s, have added to their menus new vegan selections, with input from Broadway star, singer and pianist Michael Feinstein, a partner in the music club.
A vegan for more than 20 years, Feinstein worked with Vitello’s managing partner Brad Roen to create the new offerings which include vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, according to management.
Vitello’s Restaurant, with a focus on classic and modern Italian cuisine, has been a fixture in the San Fernando Valley for more than 50 years. Feinstein’s at Vitello’s, meanwhile, opened this year, playing host to top performers, singers and comedians.

Vitello’s will feature the new vegan dishes as part of the full menu for brunch, lunch and dinner and in Feinstein’s at Vitello’s supper club.

•Artichoke Cakes made with garbanzos, scallions, hearts of palm, panko, arugula and spicy aioli. $14
•Michael’s Meatless Meatballs with Fieldroast Italian sausage, carrot, panko, arugula and marinara. $16
•Beyond BRATwurst with two, grilled vegan sausages, open-faced, sauerkraut, sautéed onions, Dijon and a Hawaiian roll. $18
•Jackfruit Tacos - three tacos, roasted pineapple, mushroom, apple slaw and bbq sauce. $18
•Southwest Chick’n Salad - blackened Gardein chick’n cutlet, hearts of palm, avocado, toasted corn, black beans, roasted red peppers, creamy avocado ranch and mixed greens. $16
•Cappellini alla Checca with sweet tomato, garlic and basil. $16
•Chick’n Parmesan with a Gardein chick’n cutlet, house-made marinara, Daiya mozzarella and whole-wheat penne. $26
•Sausage & Peppers with Fieldroast Italian sausage, peppers and marinara. $24
Vitello's, at 4349 Tujunga Ave. in Studio City, is open for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., lunch Mondays through Fridays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and dinner from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
